Starbucks pumpkin spice latte was always a fall staple, but did you know that it is not only full of sugar (a grande has 50g of sugar) it also contains 20% of a day's worth of calories, and its just a drink, not even food!
If you are on the Whole30 or just trying to live a healthier life, Nutpods just came out with a unsweetened dairy free Pumpkin Spice Creamer. In the October Whole Box, there is an Original Flavor Nutpods, and with just a couple of ingredients you can easily transform it into Pumpkin Spice Creamer if thats more your jam.
- 11.2 oz Nut pods Original Flavor Dairy Free Creamer
- 1 TSP Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1 cup of Pumpkin Puree
- Sprinkle of cinnamon
Mix all ingredients in a blender and refrigerate! Add to your favorite black coffee and sprinkle cinnamon to the top and enjoy.
